Center for Domestic Violence at BHcare

Fisher House Foundation is best known for a network of comfort homes where military and veterans’ families can stay at no cost while a loved one is receiving treatment.

Each legislative session of Congress brings up new legislation directly pertaining to military survivors. Members of Gold Star Wives appear before various House and Senate Committees on issues concerning compensation, educational benefits, medical care and other programs pertaining to the welfare of military survivors.

We believe surviving spouses and dependent children need an organization dedicated solely to their needs, concerns, and welfare.

We believe that United we are stronger, and that together we stand and divided we fall and are forgotten.

Interval House is dedicated to providing services to prevent and break the cycle of family and intimate partner abuse. We strive to reach all persons at risk and bring about social change.

...empowering women and children to make their own decisions, without the fear of abuse.

Meriden-Wallingford Chrysalis offers services at no cost to you regardless of when the abuse occurred, or whether or not you plan to leave. We know that those affected by domestic violence need to make the choices that are best for them.

We offer a Safe Haven for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault by providing free, confidential services in a safe, caring environment; striving to raise awareness through community education and outreach.  Our support, counseling and advocacy restores hope and helps people reclaim their lives.
